Error is: uncaught exception: ApplicationRegistry.getOrWaitFor (help i cnt call!)

My phone was working last night and this morning suddenly it just hanged and as usual i did the ctrl.del.alt but when i on again theres a uncaught exception 9>=9 and to make it worse theres another warning Error is:
uncaught exception: ApplicationRegistry.getOrWaitFor(0x7c802477365c398 5) owner died Thread[Thread-82993152.5]. It seems that i can get to apps except to the phone screen where to make call. The send button is not working and I am stuck without a phone. PLEASE HELP ME... I REALLY CONFUSED...thanks!!

Did you get it wet or drop it?

Do a battery pull. Leave the battery out for at least 30 seconds.

Some possibilities from RIM. One is it may be an IT policy blocking the use of the phone due to an APP being loaded somehow that was not allowed. The other is a bad app causing the error and hanging the OS. Did you load an APP?
