How do you send and replay to a text message that someone sends me; from another cell phone carrier?

From the message click the trackwheel and then choose reply

Unless you're on Nextel. You can't see who the message comes from on the Nextel network. Nextel doesn't support sms messaging.

I'm on T-Mobile but I can sms message to Nextel phones and receive from same!

Text Messages are a phone function and as such are billed according and are NOT part of the BB data plan. Normally they are 10 cents a message.
