BB9700 Camera Zoom Problem

Several weeks back I upgraded my BB9700 software to v5.1.0.146. Now my camera won't zoom. Is anyone else having this problem, too??? If so, did you find a way to get the zoom to work again?

Try doing a battery pull with the device turned on to reset the zoom.

Thanks, Motorcycle Mama! I thought I'd already tried a battery pull, but apparently I had not. I did a pull and it works like a charm. A Big cyber Hug goes out to you, Mama! ;-)
