It is refering to your web client, depending on your service provider as far as I know. if AT&T wireless in the states, it is attwireless.com/blackberrystart
Who is your provider?
You need to log into your BWC account.
Here is an example of how that looks:
https://webclient.blackberry.net/WebMail/Window.jsp?site=telus
https://webclient.blackberry.net/WebMail/Window.jsp?site=rogers
https://webclient.blackberry.net/WebMail/Window.jsp?site=bell
https://webclient.blackberry.net/WebMail/Window.jsp?site=verizon
https://webclient.blackberry.net/WebMail/Window.jsp?site=nextel
https://webclient.blackberry.net/WebMail/Window.jsp?site=attwireless
https://webclient.blackberry.net/WebMail/Window.jsp?site=tmo
etc..

Post these in the Mod section, I would love to see them and add them to a large collection of FAQ's that I can later present on the site :)

Got it fixed, the hard way. You know calling T-mobile and being on hold for 20 min. For your records to do so www.T-Mobile/bwc .
I look forward to spending time on this board, it very friendly.

Does your blackberry have a "purge deleted items" option available under the transport section of message options?

FYI:
T-Mobile access to BWC is at:
http://www.tmobile.com/bwc
It is interesting that the welcome email message that is sent to the handheld when you register the device has an incorrect link (http://bwc.t-mobile.com)

I forgot to add that one, but here is the proper link :)

Very cool -- avoid the need to put in your TMO phone number! I now have to update that on all my computers :)
