sync without deleting ??

It's been quite a while since I last sync'd.
I've got an 8250 (Curve) and Outlook 2003.

I don't want the sync to delete anything from Outlook.

Currently, when I attempt to sync via BDM, I get a confirm Address Book Edits dialog advising that there are 249 deletions and 171 additions.

At the end of the day, what I want to do is add any BB contacts to Outlook -- but I certainly don't want to delete any Outlook.

Can anyone advise whether this is possible and, if so, where (and what) are the appropriate config options?

Make sure the sync is configured one way from the Outlook to the BB. In some cases the deletions are done on the BB and that might be what you are seeing. Could also be deleting old data and replacing with new.
