E mail heyellllp!

Hi guys. I KNOW you know your stuff. PLEASE could someone help me.

I had to re-install the software on my 9700 Bold as it kept turning off and re-booting and getting half way and re-booting again.

BUT now I dont have my seperate e-mail inboxes (my emails still come in through the main messages box, but I can't reply to them - it says no messages services configured) - however when I go to the blackberry internet service on my phone with the wizard, it shows my different accounts fine.

Is there anyone who could help me?

I also tried to download Maps again and it downloaded the 'string' something or other but even after a re-boot, nothing there :-(

Resend your Service Books.

Either log in to your carrier's BIS from a computer, click Help and click Send Service Books.

Or (depending upon your OS version) go to the Email Settings icon, press Menu, select Service Books, and click Send Service Books.
