deleted email and sms text

I opened an email in my Blackberry then deleted in error. Windows cannot recover, anyway to recover in my Blackberry ( no sim card ).? Phone service provider not able to recover sms text either. Same question?

If you deleted the messages from the device and didn't do a backup first, then the messages are gone.
