Error Code 0x8040fb3

I keep getting this error code everytime i sync. 0x8040fb3 i have tried most things but still cant sync properly, any ideas ????

The only thing I can find on that error code is it indicates a conflict with an app that was installed and may have corrupted the BB OS. You can try deleting apps one at a time to see which one or reload the OS and research your apps for issues others may have seen then avoid that one.
