how to unblock a number???

OK, so my gf blocked one single number on my phone. I can still call that number & get calls from that number, i just cant text it, which i really need to... so can someone please help?? ASAP

Is it a setting in the firewall? Like under security options, or something along those lines? Because I know you can go in there and restrict texts from certain numbers....
