Hangups

I just got a 7250 and having real problems. Nine out of 10 times it hangs up when I pick it up or push the wheel to answer.

Any ideas?

The operation is somewhat confusing at first. However, you'll get accustomed to it very quickly. Trust me.

By default, the phone prompts for "answer". By simply using the enter button, you will not hang up accidentally.

Alternatively, you could use a bluetooth (or the earbug) headset, which offer a button to answer/hangup.

duct-tape solution : don't answer, wait for voicemail, then callback

that way, you screen unimportant calls ;)
