Message in outlook folders

I have noticed that, in outlook, when I move an email from the inbox to another folder and then if I delete the email on the blackberry, the email get deleted from that folder. Anyway to change the behavior ?

You could turning off message reconciliation, or set it so when you delete the email off your BlackBerry it doesn't get deleted from your mailbox.
Go to the options inside your messages icon and go to the Email reconciliation portion to see your options.
