Out of Office Sync not working

I am having a problem with the Out of Office sync on my 9780, I am on the companys BES and every thing else syn'c great however, If I put out of office on my BB it does not activate in outlook or vice versa? any idea why?

The option is controlled by a setting on the Outlook server.
