I downloaded the new update today and now my phone just sits there with the hourglass spinning. I have pulled the battery and reinstalled but still have the hourglass. I tried to sync with my computer but the computer doesn't detect the BB.

I was hoping some smart guy on this forum might tell me what is going on with it before I bust a cork over it.

Please clarify -- did you download a new operating system? Was this an "over the air" download of the OS, or did you download it to your computer and use it to update the (presumably) OS? More information would be useful.
