Voice Mail Problems with 8330

I have a 8330 BB. When I try to go to the voice mail and dial the number it is a busy signal. If you try and call and let it go to voice mail it just keeps ringing and will voice mail will not pick up. It was working fine. Is it something I may have did or could it be with the carried which is Boost Mobile? Thanks for any help with this. I have read the threads and did not see this come up with anyone else.

I would say call the carrier for this as I don't know what your VM (Voice Mail) access number would be, as well there could be an issue on there network with the VM not working. so definitely give them a call and see if there is any outages and get them to assist you on the proper access number for your VM
