9780 MMS Issues

Hi,
I'm new to the forum, so let me say that I am on my 4th Blackberry and I LOVE them. This 9780 however is giving me problems.

I don't think I am receiving MMS correctly. They don't open as full pictures. They come through as text messages with thumbnail attachments. There's not even a menu option for composing MMS.

It just doesn't seem right. This phone doesn't do something that the 8320 or 8100 even, could do.

I have resent service books. Pulled the battery. Changed the SIM. I have even reinstalled the OS (T-mobile, 6.0.0.285). Nothing changes.

Is this the way it's supposed to work? Am I the only one with this problem?

With OS version 6.0, MMS is integrated into Text Messaging. Compose a Text Message, press the Menu button and select Attach.

As to the ones you are receiving, what happens when you click on the picture in the message?
