Hello All :)
I have a Blackberry 9780 and am a complete newb when it comes to the technical aspect of phones (but given instructions, I can perfectly execute the most complicated of tasks), and I would like to completely wipe the blackberry of EVERYTHING. OS, Apps, Data, I mean Every single possible thing that could be on the memory; kind of like you would do on a computer or a memory card by formatting. Does anybody know how I can go about doing this? ALso, to re-install the OS afterwards, do I just update it regularly? (Using BB Desktop Manager and all) or do I have to take a different route?
Answers will be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)
