did you get a new or a refurbished replacement?

im having trouble with voice calls and im getting a replacement but am worried that it will be a refurb. the rep put a note in the file that i requested a new unit and not a refurbished one, but i thought this was a good way to hopefully fix the dust problem as well since im having another problem which cingular will replace the unit for

My account manager told me they usually replace them with refurbs.

i've had two replacements and they have both been new. The device is probably still two new to establish an inventory of refurbished phones. There is nothing wrong with refurbished, as they have gone through yet another check and inspection process.

if it is within 30 days I would go to a corporate store and get a new one.
