BBM isnt working properly need urgent help

hi im really fustrated with this problem im getting with my blackberry, well basically whats happening is ive topped up today and ever since then my bbm messages arnt sending... please is there a solution plz help

What do you mean "topped up"?

Call your carrier and make sure you have the correct BlackBerry Data Plan or tariff on your account...

o2 was down today, that's why

If O2 being down wasn't the problem, sometimes prepaid systems take longer than monthly post-paid systems to update their account profiles.

You may want to get in touch with tech support with your carrier and confirm everything is OK with your account.
