~ Updating BlackBerry ~

I have been updating my BlackBerry for well over an hour and it's still not completed. Could someone tell me why it takes so long? Is there a faster way of updating?

Sometimes it just takes that long. Just be patient. There's no other way to update other than to not do it.

Ditto. If you are updating over the network with desktop manager it can take a very long time. But either way, leave it alone until it is done, or until and if you get an error message. Do not interrupt it.
