Application storage suddenly become to zero

So I only installed about 12 applications on my bb, and after updating my OS to blackberry 6, the application memory suddenly goes to really low. Then after couple days, my phone just start randomly loading with the small clock thing in the middle of my screen. After 15mins, my application memory just drop to zero.
Also, every time after I used my mac desktop software to remove some applications, my blackberry world app just disappeared. I need to install it every time after that. This all start happening after I update my OS system.
Why is this happening?

Have you tried removing the battery while the BB is on, waiting 30 seconds, and then re-inserting the battery.
