Worked for a day- then hung on bouncing balls logo

Got on Thursday- and downloaded software that ends in 69. Got it going and then it asked for restart..once that done just sitting there. Held button for 15 sec to reboot and it did but still the same. Any suggestions? It seems like this forum indicates there is new software but cant get to it now.

Same thing happened to me, it's been on that same screen since last night at 7pm, i tried holding the power button down and then restarting and same thing

Alandry, connect your tablet to the computer you sync with. It will ask you to reset the tablet and will install the OS again. It is working for me right now

i read that holding the volume up and down and power button is the three fingered salute for the playbook. might have to hold all three down for ten to fifteen sec.

REloaded using desktop manager- said download complete..waited, get 5 green blinking lights. Probably not good news

working now and well..Funny thing is that i have a Storm 2 with most recent software and it has never rebooted until i installed Blackberry Bridge- luckily i am the admin so no one really knows but must keep an eye on it. I wiped the system(had all kinds of apps) and now just have Bridge .
