Anyone check for updates today?

I got an OS update of 1.0.1.1710 (same OS as I'm running) and it was 2MB (actually 1.77MB when doing the update)

Minor fix for something?

Anyone else see this, any comments on what it might be?

No updates available for me. At least not yet.....

Did you delete anything prior to this?

I deleted some things first thing, later saw a 4MB update alert and did it. it just added back what I had deleted. So i deleted those things again, and again see the notice for a 4MB update, but same .1710 build.

I got that 2mg update last weekend - not sure what it was about - probably like "aiharkness" said - something to do with some app that was recently loaded

I had that yesterday. Not sure what changed either.

You will get a small-sized OS "update" whenever you delete one of the pre-installed apps. The update is attempting to re-install the deleted app, although I'm not sure why.

Other people have reported that as well. That deleting certain preloaded items will prompt that.
