9700 o.s 6 can't put chinesse languanges

anybody cn help me...
why my bb 9700 after laoder n put a chinesse languanges..
after reboot n conect to pc n open BDM..the BDM always show err...
can't open the bdm...
but if i remove the chinse languanges,the bdm can open..
