I have problem with wireless installation of application via bes.
I try to install application on devices with os 6 (on devices with older os I have no problem). when i try to add software configuration I’ve get error like this:
The associated device information has not been completely downloaded. Reconciliation information will not be available until the download has been completed.
I can't solve this problem.
if someone had the same error and fixed it, i will be glad to hear how.
Before this error I’ve fixed other.
my BES couldn't recognize my handled.
I've installed latest DM on bes and it helps.
installation of dm upgrades device.xml and vendor.xml.
my bes is 5.0.2
