9700 not connecting to jvm on apploader

i have a 9700 bold, the phone loads a bit then keeps rebooting over and over, so thought would try to update my os. but it didnt work in dm stuck at connecting to jvm and same happend with apploader..

cant wipe with bbsak because my phone is not getting recognised and same with jl_cmder..i go through the options after i type in "blackberry" it shows a red screen for a sec then goes back to main menu

Did you drop it or get it wet by any chance?

If it hasn't been dropped or exposed to liquid and is under 1 year from purchase, you can always take it back to the carrier for warranty repair.
