software error message

I am getting a message on BB 9530. It says missing software 507 . So how can I get this software and what I have to do.

507 means there is no OS on the device.

See the sticky at the top of the 9500 section. Make sure you get an OS specifically for the 9530.

Follow the instructions in the sticky.

Download and install Desktop Manager to your pc: BlackBerry - BlackBerry Desktop Software (http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/)

Then download the file Penguin3107 pointed you to.

Double-click the installer for that program and install it onto your computer.
