hello guys

I have the bold 9780 its been working smooth, today while using bbm all of a sudden i cant view or save the images that i receive in the bbm conversation it just show a black screen when i view them and if i save them also the same.

Plz help me.

First troubleshooting step is a hard reset. With the power on, remove the battery f at least 30 seconds. Then try again.

Don't know. Have you experienced this with multiple contacts, or is it just one so far?

You could try resending service books. I don't know if that is a known fix for this problem or not, but it isn't going to hurt to do it.
