Yesterday Outlook crashed. I started a new session of Outlook but I can no longer sync with my 7100. I am trying to download address book, mail, calendar, etc. to Outlook from my 7100. Any ideas? Help. Thank You

The intellisync error message is "Can't open default folder in group."

In your PIM sync settings in Desktop Manager, you will need to make sure that everything is set up so that your blackberry's info overrides all Outlook info. I'm not positive this will do it, but its worth a shot, as you want all folders and other info to carry into Outlook. Hope this helps.
