View Full Version : BB messenger alert not working

i've noticed with couple of my friends with the 7130e that just got them recently to have this issue, of no visible indicator for the BB messenger when a new message comes in. the audio alert will play, but until you go into the messenger app, you can't tell you got new messages. a soft reset with the battery pulled out seems to fix it, but after a short period of time, it will start acting up again. anyone else saw this happen to their 7130e? these are on Bell Mobility, and i guess we could try uninstalling the app and reinstalling, but just wondering if anyone else has a better solution..

I'm having the same problem with my 7520...
