Partially restoring from Back up

With use of Jl_cmde i was able to set my Blackberry Bold 9700 to factory setting.
However I wanted my contact so restoring from Blackberry Desktop all setting including IT setting were restored.
Any method to only restore contact after 'Factory Setting'?

Use the "Advanced" option in Backup/Restore and select the database you want.
