Call Logging

I have a BB Tour 9630. I have setting to log All Calls. It works great for showing history of all calls I make, receive, and miss. However, if a person leaves a voicemail message, their is no history of the call. Therefore, if a new contact calls without leaving thier number, I have no idea how to call them. What setting do I have messed up? This should be basic caller ID verification. Please help.

Where are you looking for the call logs - in the Messages app or in the Phone app?

either one. all other calls show up in both but voicemail calls do npt show up in either.

If you go into the Messages app and press ALT+P, you should get ALL calls - made, received, and missed. I would think the missed calls would be the ones that left voicemail messages.
