Hi everyone,
I have a Blackberry Pearl 8220 that is synchronizing mail, calendar, memos, and tasks with Outlook via BES (I am at a university and cannot readily find the information on the server they are using). Everything had been working fine until a few weeks ago with my tasks.
If I create a new task in either Outlook or my Blackberry and set a reminder, they synchronize and both work. If my task reminder goes off while I am on the computer and I move the reminder ahead to a different time, the task with the updated reminder synchronizes. If I open that specific task on my Blackberry, it has the correct reminder time to alert me. However, it does not alert me with the typical pop-up window or the LED light flashing. Again, this is only when I set a new reminder time to an existing task even though the reminder time shows up properly on my Blackberry.
Any suggestions? I am not having much luck getting our IT department to respond.
