BBM and APP world dissapeared

i pull the battery out of my backberry yesterday then put it back in, when it turned on BBM and APP world had dissapeared iam soo confused right now how do i re download bbm and app world again PLS HELP ME ASAP thanks in advance :)

Do you have a Blackberry dataplan on your account or just a generic data plan? Both BBM and App World require a BB data plan.
