View Full Version : No internet connection in 3g on 9300

I have a blackberry 9300 and when using the wi fi its fine but trying to connect to the net with it turned off and using the 3g is were iam having a problem ,it wont connect to facebook msn etc , 3g is ticked on in the settings so iam baffled , any help would be great

Are you trying to run it on your usual internet plan or have you contacted your service providor and got a Blackberry data plan set up?

Three, in the UK at least, doesn't differentiate on smartphone plans, so it's more a matter of the OP contacting them to get BIS activated. This should be doable online through My3 even with PAYG.

just noticed bb plan has run out but my usual internet plan has a 500mb still to use up , i thought the i would still be fine to surf facebook etc but sadly not

You need an active BlackBerry Data Plan.
