I don't know - maybe my users are clueless, but I haven't had one complaint or question since this flared up. Most of them are in the US midwest, but have some in central US, & some on the east coast.

Contrary to many rants, many people either didn't notice, didn't care or were HAPPY that their BlackBerrys weren't working.

I spend most of my time within Wi-Fi coverage of my BESx so I couldn't BBM or PIN, or do much of anything during drive time, but that is bad anyway. I can understand why many people are up set, but not a big deal personally.
