Hi all
I am trying to enterprise activate a BB9800 via the blackberry express server. The activation itself seems to work and doesnt error but when I go in to my messages/emails then I can only see them going back 3 days despite the default setting saying 30 days. Even if I change this setting to be forever then it makes no difference.
I have tried reconcile now after changing the setting but to no avail. I have also tried wiping the device and also deleting then resending the service book for messages, all not making any difference. Its a basic set up for the express server with no security IT profiles etc in place (that I can see).
Can anyone help as I am going to have to do the same procedure with the CEO's device shortly so will need to have it all working for then...
