Hi to all,
I m having this issue since a month, i am getting a error message in event viewer that SRP PingResponse Timed out and when ever i ran the Network connection test it shows success full. I am attaching the screen shot of both. please help me out in this issue. I appreciate your help in advance.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Could just be a spurious error message in the event log.
Is your BES, or your users, actually having a problem?

as such, users are not having any problem, emails are working fine, but the client is very much concern about this issue thats why i raised this thread, so could you please help me??

Honestly, I don't think there's anything to help with.
Sounds like things are working as normal. I'm putting my money on those event log entries as being spurious errors.
If it bothers you again you can try this.
