4.1 SP7 Upgrade issue

Hi
We are migrating to BES V5 but wanted to upgrade my existing installation to SP7 as recommended in the V5 upgrade guide.

I downloaded besx_upgrader_4.1.7.exe from swdownloads.blackberry.com/Downloads/browseSoftware.do but keep getting "besx_upgrader_4.1.7.exe is not a valid Win32 application"

Running Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition, SP2

Any suggestions?

That normally means that your download is corrupted. Compare the size of the file with the size indicated on the download page.

Try the download again from another internet connection.
