trackpad doesnt work....

3 days ago my trackpad stoped working, i read several posts on the internet about people with the same problem. they advised me to update my software but the probem is that when i plug my phone into the pc it wants me to choose between (charge only , sync media and usb). i cant select anything due to my trackpad not working please help, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What did you do to the device just before it stopped working? Did you drop it? Did it get wet? Sounds like water damage.

moisture or sweat got inside, take it apart and do a heat application to the board without melting it. be careful :)
