how to sort problem with adding contact

please i do need some help cos i just realise that i can't add people on my contact list any more just don't know what the problem is, i hope someone out there could help me thanks

Have you pulled the battery? Also, what device do you have? There is no 8250.

Others have a reported a bug with Yahoo Messenger and not being able to add and/or edit contacts on their devices.

You can unistall it, if it is installed.

Have you recently installed/upgraded Windows Live Messenger, AIM Chat or Yahoo Chat? Some reports have stated that any of those three apps may be behind your contact list issues.
