How to deploy Web Based Application

Hi Guys,
Here is my question , we have a cloud based application called Service Now for our HelpDesk IT that is hosted outside the domain.

I would like to know how to create an Icon embedded with the URL link to the cloud app and how to deploy is via Instant load to all existing devices or future.

I have read alot , but none seem to point me to what I want. This is not a physical application this is why i'm a bit confused.
