delete user from bes in administrative console

Hello all!

I am new to the BB technology and currently i've assigned to delete a user from the BES.
Can any one suggest me how to delete a user from the BES using the Blackberry administrative console and also, the handset has to be given to another user so plese guide me through the procedure or
"DELETING A USER FROM BES ADMIN CONSOLE AND ADDING NEW USER WITH THE SAME HANDSET"
Any help in this regard is appreciated!
