BBCS - Office 365

Hi All,

I have a friend who I am trying to help get BBCS via Office 365 running on a Curve 8520.

The instructions at Blogs Technet office 365 canada - blackberries activation.
Under step 6 (Curve screenshots) do not show a activation server.

The Curve 8520's that I have want a activation server at this step. What do I do - as I dont have this option.

Help!
