Remote access to Office File Server

What is the best way to access files (pdf, excel, jpg's) remotely on our Blackberry from our Office File Server? Will FTP work? Is that the best solution?

your asking a question that can have many answers. Depending on your ability to allow access from the internet to your servers and how much security you need, simply placing files on a server open to the internet is all thats needed. The secure link can require passwords or other login requirements. You can also place them in a folder on the Outlook server and allow the folder to be selected.
