Using Apps in Different Country (US/CDA)

There were apps in the Canada App World that I use to use (Rogers 9900). Now I moved down to the US (AT&T) and these apps do not show up on app world.

Anyway other way to install these canadian apps on my AT&T 9900

Not on an AT&T device unless you unlock it and insert your Rogers SIM.
