I need help using BIS subscription on Z10

Please, i am finding it difficult to use the Lebara BlackBerry service on my Blackberry Z10. It won't let me subscribe, yet if i send messages the money goes slowly.
Whenever i recharge and try to activate it 40090, the voice-over says "bye" after just 9seconds.

Please help me.

You do not use BIS with the Z10. You use a regular data plan.

There is no BIS option for BB10 devices like the Q10 and Z10. If you really need BIS you have to use a BB7 device like the 9900 or earlier.
