I am about to buy my BB Z10 (factory unlocked) online from Amazon for use in Jamaica (carriers C&W Lime and Digicel). But I need to be certain which specific model (STL 100-??) is suitable for Jamaica. Can anyone help? Will be most grateful.

Please don't listen to Ablion.

If you are going to help, then at least make an effort.

Digicel uses the STL100-2 RFH121LW HSDPA 850 / 900 / 2100, 4G Network LTE 800 / 900 / 1800 / 2600 (You will need this model to use their 4G network)

Lime does 4G connectivity (but it's actually HSPA+ or H+) The same model would work with both carriers.

Thank you Zombieberry. Very clear and most helpful. One further question. Amazon does not list the models but on querying the particular vendor it appears that phones listed are the Z10 SLT 100-3. Any chance of this working properly in Jamaica?

It uses the same bands as Digicel. It should be compatible. Digicel's 4G network is compatible with any device that has 850MHz band, which it has.
