View Home Screen Image When Locked

My Home Screen Image disappears when I lock my BlackBerry 7100g - I get a white screen instead. Is there any way to keep the image there while it's locked?

If you have the picture saved on your BB...then go into pictures, SCROLL CLICK on that picture. The drop down menu will let you "Set as Standby Screen"

It changes to the default background when locked - setting a new background won't help, it reverts back when locked

I believe there is a screen shot utility now available. Dont exactly know how it works, but if you could take a screen shot of your home screen and save it as pic (jpg or such) you would be able to send it to your phone and set it as your standby image. I havent exactly used the 7100, so I am not sure what the defualts are for keypad lock

There is no "set as standby screen" option in the 7100 4.0 or 4.1 software.
