Blackberry 7520 Issue

Greetings,

Have a BB 7520 that I've barely had for 2 weeks. Last night, it decided that it wanted to leave the "ALT" function on at all times. I've tried everything I can think of (Pulled the battery overnight, etc.) and nothing seems to work. Has anybody here ran into this problem and more importantly, have a solution?

could the key be stuck. try a blast of compressed air on the keypad?
I thought my back light button was stuck but I used a nice pointy object and pushed it down a few times and it seemed to bounce back.

Maybe run Application Loader?
