All BB Messages Are Deleted from BB when Synched on cradle

My BB 6710 worked just fine until last week. Wireless email reconciliation worked just fine. The redirector worked fine from my organizations BB server. However, everytime I now place my BB in the cradle and conduct a synchronization, all email from my BB is removed. This removal occurs regardless of whether my mail in Outlook has been read, unread, etc. Email on outlook is not affected. All othe BB functions such as calendar work and synch just fine.

What would cause all email to be removed from my BB everytime I do a synch from the cradle? I am only person of 15 in our org that have this problem.
